All Phase temporary tattoos are final sale. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, application errors, or results that vary by skin type — these are noted in our product description.
